  • All gold and silver jewelry is stamped for authenticity, and gemstones are genuine unless stated otherwise in the product description.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment via Shopify Payments, credit cards, MasterCard and PayPal.
  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship via Canada Post, FedEx, Chit Chats, and USPS within 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • Canada: 2-7 business days
    • USA & International: 5-13 business days
    • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Custom or resized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Warranty Policy

  • We do not offer warranties due to the delicate nature of fine jewelry.
  • Customers must inspect their items upon arrival. If an issue is found, contact us immediately.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by wear, improper care, or misuse.
  • Resizing services are available for CAD $40 (upon request).

7. Gift Wrapping and Appraisals

  • All orders come in a jewelry box, ready for gifting.
  • Additional gift wrapping is available at checkout for a small fee.
  • We do not offer appraisals by default, as we purchase stones and settings in bulk. If needed, an appraisal can be requested for CAD $35, taking 2-5 business days.
