• All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include their original packaging.
  
• Custom or personalized items (such as engraved pieces) are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.
  
• After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued minus the following non-refundable fees:
  
  • Shopify processing fees (2.9% domestic / 3.9% international)
    
  • Original shipping fees (including orders with free shipping)
    
  • Any custom resizing fees
    
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few days after we receive the returned item.
  

🚫 Incorrect or Damaged Items

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
• We will arrange for return shipping at no additional cost and either send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
