✅ 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include their original packaging.

Custom or personalized items (such as engraved pieces) are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Buyers Are Responsible For:

• Return shipping costs and original shipping fees
• Shopify/Etsy transaction and processing fees (4%–6.5%)
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges
• All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any customs clearance or brokerage fees associated with both delivery and returns

Please note that buyers must select and accept responsibility for duties and fees (shipper responsibility) at the time of purchase shipping lable. We do not cover or reimburse any customs-related charges.

💳 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued minus the following non-refundable fees:

• Shopify/Etsy processing fees (4%–6.5%)
• Original shipping fees (including orders with free shipping)
• Any custom resizing or service fees

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few days after receiving the returned item.

🚫 Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange return shipping at no additional cost and either:
• Send a replacement, or
• Issue a full refund

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and clearly labeling the package with our shop name:
