1. How do I register?

To register as a first-time buyer, simply click the "Register" link located at the top right of our homepage. Fill out all required information in the registration form and click "Submit" to create your account.

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Click "Add to Cart."
  3. Choose "View Cart" or "Checkout."
  4. Proceed with the "Checkout" option to complete your order. If you need an appraisal, resizing, or have special requests, please provide these details in the “Order Special Instructions” section. You’ll receive an invoice and confirmation of your purchase. After payment is received, we will provide tracking details within 3 business days.

3. Are your pieces made from real gold and genuine gemstones?

Yes! All our gold items are made from real, pure gold and are stamped for authenticity. Our gemstones are natural and genuine, and all metals and gems are accurately described on the product page.

4. Will I receive the same product and gemstone color as shown in the pictures?

We strive to ensure that the items you receive are as close as possible to the photos on our website. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the natural variations in gemstones. If you have concerns, please reach out to us before purchasing.

5. Will the sizes of the items fit my needs?

We offer a resizing service upon request. Rings can be resized for an additional CAD $40. Please allow up to one week for resizing.

6. Do items come with an appraisal?

We do not offer appraisals by default, as we produce and purchase stones and settings in bulk to create our jewelry. However, if you require an appraisal, please note "Appraisal Required" during checkout or email us at info@bestjewelryset.com before shipment.

This service is available for an additional CAD $35 and will take 2-5 business days to process.

7. What is the appraisal value?

The appraisal value is an estimated amount for insurance purposes, reflecting the replacement cost. It may not be the retail or wholesale value. Appraisals are for securing insurance and are generally based on Canadian market values.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, as well as credit card and MasterCard.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. For more information, click here.

10. Who pays for customs duties?

Buyers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, customs duties, and import fees. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may vary by country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services.

11. Do you offer a warranty?

Due to the nature of jewelry, we do not offer a warranty. Jewelry care and handling depend on how the items are used. If an item does not meet your expectations upon delivery, please contact us for a return. Damages resulting from use are not covered.

12. What is the best way to store and care for jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in excellent condition, we recommend:

  • Keeping it away from lotions, perfumes, and chemicals.
  • Storing it in a closed bag when not in use.
  • Removing jewelry when active, entering water, or sleeping.
  • Cleaning with a soft cloth.

13. What are the shipping options and delivery time?

We use Canada Post, FedEx, Chit Chats, and USPS for shipping.

  • Canada: 2 to 7 business days
  • United States & International: 5 to 13 business days
  • Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Please message us if you require assistance with faster shipping.

14. Can I combine multiple items into one shipment?

Yes, if you purchase multiple items, we can ship them together.

15. Where is my delivered parcel?

Please check common delivery locations like your lobby, front desk, community mailbox, parcel locker, or apartment/condominium mailbox.

16. Who qualifies for a gift?

Customers who purchase three or more items will receive a gift valued at over CAD $30.
